Executive chef, Colin Hartford and his kitchen team have
taken the fantastic Kangaroo Island produce and created
a menu that has something for everyone. Other KI products
featured on our menu include: Kangaroo Island kalamata olives
and wild olive oil, American River oysters and, of course,
the fish synonymous with our island, King George Whiting.
Rounding out the Sorrento’s experience is the one-of–a-kind
service brought to you by our Maitre D’, Richard Purvis
and his unique charm. Offering a full selection of award
winning wines from Kangaroo Island, as well as small parcels
from Mainland Australia, Richard will guide you to the perfect
choice for your meal or discerning palate.
