Lavender Jelly – ideal on crackers
of toast, add a tang to some soft cheese, wonderful as a
desert with ice cream, or accompaniment to meats such as
lamb, pork or poultry.
Lavender Mustard – baste your roast
lamb or chicken with a layer of mustard, add to a sandwich.
Lavender Herbs – Lavender Herbs
Hot & Spicy – sprinkle a little or a lot before
cooking red meats & chicken, add to herb bread or scones.
Lavender Culinary Oil – great mixed
with lavender vinegar and herbs as a salad dressing, drizzle
a little in the pan before cooking your favourite dish.
Lavender Vinegar – sprinkle over
catch of the day, add an interesting flavour to your next
salad dressing.
