Kangaroo Island Fresh Seafoods supply fresh locally caught
fish from Kangaroo Island’s pristine waters, including
Whiting, Snapper, & Squid. KI Fresh Seafoods was founded
by Eddy & Tina to cater for the demand for fresh seafood
caught and processed locally on the Island for the purpose
of retail, wholesale, and takeaway seafood.
“And with the support of the local islanders we are
what we are today, in 3 years we have come
a long way, and expanding rapidly. We supply the majority
of the Islands seafood needs. Our wholesale business is
now expanding to distribution interstate as we are now supplying
mainland outlets” said Tina.
Kangaroo Island Fresh Seafoods won the Australian Post
small business of the year in 2007 and S.A.W.I.N . S.A seafood
excellence award in 2009 which is a reflection of Tina and
Eddy’s passion.

Good Food Kangaroo Island is an industry group
formed to encourage and support value adding producers and
protect the integrity of the Island’s produce. Regional
food groups have been established throughout South Australia
and are actively working with producers to establish regional
branding and long term relationships with major retailers
